In my purse I carry a skinny little book called Animal-Speak: Pocket Guide. This book never fails to entertain and entrance me. Last week one morning I heard a chorus of crows, and then while I was driving I saw yet another crow just sitting along the road. Crow: “Unexpected help with problems and obstacles is at hand to bring relief.” A few days later a hummingbird came to the back porch and hovered, staring at my red begonias. I went out and bought a hummingbird feeder and put it up last evening. Today I have two hummingbirds drinking my first batch of sugar water…
